Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and your best New Year!

Hey everyone, I’ve never been a big fan of these “Christmas Letters,” but I was challenged by my friend, Les Maness with  He actually just put his Christmas letter out.  So what the heck!  The reason is to share what I’m doing in my professional life.  Along with some really cool stuff that I’m doing personally.  And of course how Cari has continued to blow us away with Team Brandon.

Before I start I have three words that will define my 2015 and beyond.  Encourage, Energize and Elevate.  As a Coach and Speaker these three words will drive me to influence and inspire as many lives as I can touch, starting with my own.

So here goes it.  I’m going to try hard to keep it short and interesting.  But I do like telling stories.  So please be patient with me.

As many of you know we closed Neuro Institute in early 2012, which felt like I lost a child.  It was my dream.  Since then I’ve been searching for my identity, which has truly been a struggle.  For the first time in my life, I didn’t know. Ugh!  I had been encouraged by many to be a Life Coach, since I had been helping families and individuals for almost 35 years solve problems. Why not!  Fast forward to now.  I’ve been slowly enlarging my business to include what I call “Strategic Life Coaching.”  This means, I help people develop strategies to overcome issues with health, relationships and life in general.  I love it! I really feel God has given me the gifts to do this at this stage of my life!

I have also gone back to one of my passions, working with older adults.  With the added benefits of life coaching, I’m now able to bring them and their families much more than exercise! I’ve developed a program called “Fearless Aging.”  I’m able to impact individuals trying to overcome issues related to aging all over the country, by phone or in person as a speaker!  It’s been a blessing!

Along with working with older adults and teaching “Fearless Aging.”  I continue to help families and individuals navigate and create strategic plans to overcome traumatic injuries and illness.  Lastly I’m also having a blast helping singles of all ages who are struggling with relationships.  Guiding them to find that special person, achieve breakthroughs or just to find what they are looking for in life, has been fulfilling!  I feel very blessed to have so many trusting me enough to allow me into their life!

On the personal side, trail running has had an amazing impact on my life over the last couple years.  I’ve completed seven ultra marathons on the trails.  This was topped off last October as my daughter Nichole and her husband Felix and I did a Rim to Rim to Rim at the Grand Canyon.  It took us over 19 hours.  This was life changing for me.  I blogged all about it in previous blogs.  Please check them out here.

Cari has been busy building Team Brandon.  This keeps her training hard, running full and half marathons.  Check out her amazing story at The Next Step Foundation/Team Brandon

Thanks everyone for listening.  I would be remiss if I didn’t ask.  If you know of anyone in your life who is struggling with health or relationship challenges, or maybe they are just looking for a special edge.  Possibly you know someone older who could use some “Fearless Aging” to breakthrough their challenges and live the last stage of their life with passion and joy.  Please keep me in mind.  Feel free to call me directly at 602-3090-9144 or they can go to E3 Coaching and sign up for a no fee Discovery Session.

Have great Christmas and an amazing 2015!
